I'm a storyteller, performer, and communications strategist who believes stories have the power to help people better understand the world and inspire meaningful action.

For more than a decade, I've helped nonprofits and social impact businesses communicate complex ideas through clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant content. My work combines strategic thinking with empathy, helping organizations build trust, strengthen relationships, and connect with the audiences they want to reach.

Beyond my work as a writer and messaging expert, I've long been involved in causes I care deeply about, including animal welfare, environmental sustainability, education, health, and human rights. I founded and led an animal advocacy organization during college and have facilitated diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops and presentations for corporations, conferences, and educational institutions.

My background in theatre continues to shape how I approach storytelling today,  with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on human connection. I hold a BA in Theatre from Southern Connecticut State University and an MA in Media Studies from The New School.
