I come from a background in writing, performing, and volunteer work and hold a BA degree in Theatre from Southern Connecticut State University and a MA degree in Media Studies from The New School. After being involved in organizations that fought for social and environmental justice, I started and ran my own animal advocacy organization and initiatives to protect animal welfare through awareness events, volunteering at shelters, and campaigning for conservation and rights.
Additionally, I've led workshops and presentations at high schools and universities around LGBTQIA+ visibility and inclusion and educated faculty members on how to make their schools more inclusive. I have also spoken at the NASTAD Gender and Race Alliance Summit in Washington DC about health equity for queer and people of color communities and provided DEI training for corporations.
My passion is intersecting these different areas of my work to make a meaningful impact in the world. I enjoy working with socially conscious businesses, nonprofits, and changemakers and helping them tell their stories to ignite positive change.
